Chie Ishii is a pianist, a composer, an author of music books and a bassist. She was born in Tokyo, Japan. She started playing the piano at the age of four. Her first public performance was at the age of six. She studied Piano Performance at a.o. Berklee College of Music in Boston. She won several piano competitions. Now she lives in Berlin and performs worldwide and teaches to selected pupils.
